Update as of 4:15pm: We are pleased to report that the issues affecting internet and phone services have been resolved, and service is now restored.

Update as of 3:05pm: Horizons continues to work closely with our engineers to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. We do not have an estimated time for resolution at the moment, but please know restoring service remains our top priority. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We are currently aware of a service outage affecting portions of our network, which may be impacting internet and phone services for some of our members.
