Horizons Communications 71st Annual Membership Meeting will take place Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Horizons Communications headquarters at 2425 Marshall St. Lubbock, TX 79415. Gates open for parking at 8:30am, doors open at 9:15am, and the business meeting starts promptly at 10:30am. We look forward to seeing you there!
