Position Summary

The multi-functional office worker will perform a wide variety of administrative, organizational, and operational tasks to support daily office functions, rather than focusing on a single specialized role. Day-to-day duties will depend on which department needs assistance with a specific task or project. The role will require versatility, multi-tasking, and organizational skills that could include duties such as secretarial, bookkeeping, data entry, and running errands. 

Primary Responsibilities 

-Use phone system to route calls to requested departments
-Daily running of errands to bank and post office
-Ability to learn and adapt working within different departments
-Handle overflow calls as determined by staffing
-Backup front office duties such as greeting & assisting visitors in office and answer & forward incoming calls
-Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Skills

-Communicate effectively and have strong communications skills
-The position requires punctuality and attention to detail
-Be familiar and comfortable working with computers and office equipment
-Be dependable in completing tasks as assigned within a given time period
-Willingness to learn and take on new projects or job assignments
