We have received multiple reports of our members receiving an email claiming to be from South Plains Telephone that are requiring them to update their account by clicking a link within that email. This email is not from us and please do not provide them any information. We are working with our help desk to block and remove these emails. You can always call or reach out to us to validate any email or message that claims to be from us. Thank you.
