Troubleshooting Internet Issues

  1. Turn off the SPTC Giga Spire gateway.
  2. Turn off your router (if applicable).
  3. Unplug cord from the gateway for 10-15 seconds. Please plug it back in and wait 3-5 minutes for it to fully reboot.
  4. A solid green power light will indicate you are online.
  5. Access the Internet.  Now enjoy your Internet experience.
  6. If you are still unable to access the Internet, we are available to assist you between
    • 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday at (806) 863-8006.
    • After hours call 800-692-4057.
